What is SEO?

Search engine optimisation (know as SEO for short) is the process of improving either volume or quality of traffic to your website through better search engine rankings. To put it in layman's terms, that is, using techniques other than paid advertising to generate more hits on your website.

There are two primary categories of SEO:

On-site SEO - The process of modifying or tweaking things on your website to help increase traffic
Off-site SEO - Using things external to your website such as other websites, blogs etc to help increase traffic

What do we do to increase your websites traffic?

We use a myriad of methods to help increase your website's traffic. These include key phrase and competitive analysis, changes to the content and meta-data of your web pages, keyword density analysis and configuration, directory and search engine submissions and a whole heap of more technical jargon you probably don't want to hear.

How long does it take to get results?

There's no set timeframe in which we can guarantee results in as things like key phrase and competitive analysis will vary for every keyword and company. Typical SEO engagements go for 3-12 months with between 5-30 key phrases targeted each month.
